Pricing ranges from $0.15 to $0.28 per square foot annually 

The rate depends on:

  • Access difficulty and safety conditions

At 10,000 square feet, your building’s annual maintenance pricing typically falls between $1,250 and $2,500 per year, depending on roof complexity.
