Donovan Clark

President / Commercial General Manager

With 35 years of experience, Donovan Clark is the heart and engine behind 360 Innovations. His journey in construction began at age 5, working alongside his father on weekends and summers—and yes, he really did fall off a roof at five (and lived to laugh about it). By age 12, he was being recognized at the Dallas Country Club for a remodeling project. By 16, he was running job sites from start to finish, often picking up the crew himself before sunrise.

Today, as President and Commercial General Manager, Donovan still lives and breathes roofing. While his younger brother manages residential operations, Donovan focuses on the commercial side, product development, and supporting every team member and customer with his deep-rooted knowledge and relentless drive. He’s the kind of leader who isn’t afraid to get in the dirt, solve problems others can’t, and grind harder than anyone for the people he serves.

He’s a committed husband, a believer, and the proud father of five—with two grandkids now adding even more joy to the family. He still tries to keep up with his kids on a skateboard or basketball court, and on weekends you might catch him spinning worship sets as the unofficial (and definitely overrated) DJ for the church kids’ ministry.

Fun Fact: Donovan has helped several other roofers start their own companies and loves consulting on unique or challenging projects.

Joseph (Joe) Donovan

Residential General Manager

With nearly a decade of roofing experience and a lifetime in construction, Joe brings unmatched knowledge and steady leadership to every residential project we take on. Raised in a hands-on household by his father George—who believed in teaching the value of hard work early—Joe has been immersed in the trades for as long as he can remember.

As our Residential General Manager, Joe oversees production, coordinates subcontractors, communicates with insurance and mortgage companies, and supports homeowners and sales reps throughout the process. He’s the go-to guy for ordering materials, managing installs, and ensuring that every detail—from appraisal to final inspection—is handled with care.

What sets Joe apart is his calm, empathetic approach. He’s incredibly detail-oriented, dependable, and always willing to help teammates grow. Whether guiding a new hire or solving a last-minute challenge on-site, Joe is the quiet force making sure nothing gets missed.

He’s also a proud family man—husband, father of one, and still surrounded by the same core group of friends he’s had since middle school. Today, he’s raising his family in the same home he and his brother Donovan grew up in—continuing the legacy of building things that last.
